For nine years we have celebrated the Baby-Brook bottlings. Now it is time to turn the last page of this chapter with two extraordinary whiskies. The "CASK 7" is a Blended Single Malt Whisky that combines the best of two worlds: the Small-Brook Single Whisky and a significantly older, carefully selected Single Malt Whisky. As the crowning glory and highlight of the CASK series, we present the "FINAL" bottle. This strictly limited Blended Single Malt Whisky contains an even older and even more exclusive Single Malt Whisky. The maturation in fresh Madeira and Bourbon casks gives both whiskies a unique note.
